Nowadays, many countries offer dance courses in the Primary school, Middle school, High school and Colleges, but still most countries do not realize the importance of dance education for children. In many countries, there are few schools, schools of art usually only two kinds of music and art offer dance classes, and dance only occasionally appear in campus activities. They ignore the benefits that dance brings to us, such as an improved the ability of cooperation, collective sense of honor, Self-confidence, Exercise perseverance, and so on. It’s necessary to reach all dance education to all schools.

There is no attention to the popularity of dance education. The most direct reason for this phenomenon is that there is no definite function and position of dance education in the whole national education system. In fact, dance education, dance ability is the ability to control body movement, body movement intelligence, which itself is an important intelligence, is a part of basic education, has a very positive contribution to the development of dance activities on multiple intelligences. For example, dancing skills have a considerable effect on the learning of other subjects. Research shows that school-dance specialist or other musically student does not like people think the determination or raffish, but instead some students both academic achievement and organizational capabilities are much higher than other students. These shows that the development of dance intelligence not only has a positive effect on the development of music intelligence and physical intelligence, but also has a more significant impact on self-understanding intelligence and interpersonal intelligence. Experts believe that: Dance education can develop students ' self-identity and self-study, and expand their expression and influence. In 1994 the United States announced the “GOALS 2000: EDUCATE AMERICA ACT”, the provisions of the “national standards for arts education", “music, dance, drama, art, film and television art master, has become one of the core subjects as language, mathematics etc. in school education.” As can be seen, the United States attaches great importance to the development of dance
Dance is the universal language of the soul. Dance speaks of the truest inner feelings and life experiences of a dancer. Every dancer and/or choreographer will grow up to have a very distinctive style and set of unique techniques, dance values, and teaching methods to be followed. The dancer whom we will be analyzing in this paper is a pioneer of modern dance, Lester Horton. He was born on January 23rd, 1906 in Indianapolis, Indiana (Segal, 1998). He had moved to California to create dances and had developed a fresh and unique style of technique and choreography (Warren, 1977). He established the first permanent theater in America devoted to dance, and organized one of the first integrated modern dance companies (Yeoh, 2012).
As a student studying kinesiology, I believe that professionals should acquire knowledge of dance because dance is an activity that has to do with physical movements. In my opinion, to be a professional in Kinesiology we must have enough knowledge of the human movement and dance is indeed a topic that requires the knowledge of physical movements. The physical education professionals are not like psychiatrists or physicians that give the clients medicine and tell them what to stay away from. However, people in the other fields, i.g. physical education, have to let clients know that there is a different kind of approach to their issues by introducing them to dance. Under the direction of Michelle Grant- Murray, guest choreographers challenged the students of MDC. The students were also able to exhibit their own work, as this was also their student choreography showcase. The evening consisted of diverse styles such as – African, contemporary, and world dance; unfortunately, I cannot say the all of the pieces impressed me.

Dance is more than time, Space, and energy. People have this perceived connotation that dance is just visual art depicted from movements in the body.
