The flash, a well known speedster who saves people in central city, Odysseus, a less known but quite known hero who killed a giant. There are many similarities and differences between the two heroes. In this essay you will read both the differences and similarities to find out how Odysseus is more or less alike to the flash or other modern day heroes. Both of the heroes are from different time frames so there will be more differences than similarities, but in the following paragraph you will learn the similarities.

One main similarity is that both heroes were known and are known as heroes when they were made and still now. Another similarity is that they both saved somebody or multiple people at some point in their lives. Neither of them are gods and they both work(ed) with a group. Another big similarity is that both of them have killed somebody. The flash is a well known modern day hero and he gets more popular now than ever with the new movies. Modern day heroes now have special abilities like the flash, he has super speed meaning he is fast at anything and he is pretty much the fastest person alive in his universe. Heroes like Odysseus have similarities but also major differences as in he does not have special abilities and can not run or do anything as quick as the flash. The flash is extremely younger than Odysseus is and has a different backstory. Like most heroes nowadays, the flash has a very sad backstory making him want to save lives with his powers, Odysseus was a hero back in his day for simply being able to slay a giant.
