Recommended: Compare and contrast online and face to face classes

Today there are many options available for schooling. There are plenty of schools to choose from, some with many locations. Students also have the option to choose their schedule at most schools. One other decision that would have to be made is between online courses and on campus courses. While online courses are convenient, courses held in a classroom setting may be more beneficial for learning. Many students take online classes because of their busy schedules. What most students don’t realize is that it takes the same amount of effort or more to maintain a good grade in the course. Studying is still mandatory. To be successful with online courses students have to be self-motivated. Time management is more tedious than that of classroom This can be costly but if the book is well maintained it can be resold .Classroom courses benefit those who like a sense of community, students who learn by being hands- on, and students who need to be in a classroom to be able to focus. Online and classroom courses have many differences but they have some similarities as well. Both have assignment deadlines. There are many options to make your schedule flexible. Whether you’re on campus or online, professors are more than welcome to answer any questions students may have. Students in either course can take advantage of tutoring offered on campus. This also applies to any onsite amenities. The course is never worth more or less credits whether it is online or not. Making a decision to enroll in an online course or a course that is taught on campus depends on the person. There are benefits to both depending on the way you look at it. I find that being able to interact with students in person benefits my education. Online courses make it easier to get the work done without dropping any obligations. Students who like to be in a social learning environment will thrive in a classroom setting while those whom suffer from social anxiety might want to look into online
