In this day and age, celebrities rule over the media and most people’s lives. It is almost impossible to go anywhere and not see something or hear something about a certain celebrity. Due to the fact that celebrities dominate the media, and young children today have some platform of media, children most likely have a celebrity as their role model. Celebrity role models could have a very negative impact on the lives of children. People around the world today view the celebrities as “good” role models, and many follow their ways, which may have negative results and may leave children believing in the wrong things.
