In researching about the Twelve Stages of Development I have a new look about life and how we grow in the people we are today. You have twelve developmental stages pre-birth, birth, infancy, early childhood, middle childhood, late childhood, adolescence, early adulthood, midlife, mature adulthood, late adulthood and death. These all make us the person we are today and help us grow. Each human has to go through each stage in its lifetime. There are a lot of stages you have to go through to development and grow everything you need to survive. There are five stages you have to go through forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning. Each gives a different meaning and description of the human life development. It’s very rough for newborns and infancy to development because they have to do it on them on. And this is the time where most parents and doctors keep up on them to make sure there progress is where it needs to be. There are many conflicts that come with development and doing it the right way. Human development tracks the methodical psychological process that occurs in humans over their lifetime.
