Nowadays technology is taking a huge place in our lives with negative and positive ways. It has made our lives easy and also put our lives in danger at the same time. When we speak about technology we also include video games which have had a significant temptation on all people especially teenagers.

Since the introduction of Video games it has become an addiction to the young adults, they start to prefer gaming to too many different things, like school performing, doing homework and socializing, etc… Video games addiction have the same impact on teenagers as the gambling have on adults, according to Dr. Luke Clark, who researches gambling at Cambridge University “The ventral striatum is at the heart of the reward system and that puts video gaming into the context of addictions. Video gaming can be good for people who are responsible and know how to manage their time since it can give people the ability to make decisions and also people can learn good ideas and even learn a new language based on a video game. However, just like many good habits in live, there is always a negative aspect of doing something good in my opinion and if people use most of their time playing video games then it becomes addiction.
