Many people desire brand named items but many times they look at the price tag and think no way no how. However, sometimes we don 't see the investment in acquiring costly products as they do sometimes exhibit better quality and durability. For instance, there was a situation in which I wanted this one particular pair of jeans style in a department store. I tired on the jeans and really loved the fit of them, however the price tag on them was quite expensive. So, I decided to look into a few other places to find a replica or style just like the ones I had tried on. However, once finding a pair very similar to the ones I had tried on they did not really compare because the fit was different despite being the same style of jeans and the color was significantly rubbing off on other material. Likewise the price was way cheaper than what I would have paid for the brand named jeans. Overall, it would have been worth purchasing the higher priced jeans as they would of lasted longer than the cheaper version I purchased.

Likewise, by seeing that the staff fully knows the many varying aspects of the business causes customers to feel more secure and satisfied in their purchases.
Furthermore, the staff attitudes can essentially be a factor in customer value. In my opinion, when customers see that the staff is helpful and positive, then they are likely to return to purchase items. When it comes to customer service and value, businesses should make certain that they enhance the ability of its staff to fully and properly communicate with customers, listen to the customer in regards to their needs, wants, and concerns, and enforce proper ways of training their staff on how to deal with concerns and problems that arise.
