Stefanie is a former world’s best ranked female tennis player from Germany. She is considered to be one of the best tennis players of all time. Graf won 22 grand slams single titles, more than any other player has won since the era opened.

In 1988, Graf became the only player, to win the "Golden Slam"- getting all four grand slam single titles and Olympic gold medal in the same year. She was the women’s tennis association’s No. 1 player for a record 377 weeks – the longest of any player, she is the only player who have won all four grand slams single tournaments.

A nice feature of grafs game was that she played across all the playing surfaces, concluding of her winning all 6 French open single titles, and 6 Wimbledon single titles she is the only singles player to have accomplished a real grand slam across all 3 types of tennis courts and the 5 singles grand slams happened when the Australian and U.S opens were played in grass. Graf got married to Andre Agassi he is a former world no. 1 men’s tennis player. They got marries back in October 2001. 4 days later Graf gave birth to her 6 weeks prematurely, to their son Jaden Gil, named after Andre’s trainer Gil Reyes. Their daughter, Jazz Elle, was born in October 2003.

Graf had a very strong forehand. Soon Graf also developed a very effective backhand, and a good volley. At one point it became so fast they would go 180/h. she’s very athletic so chasing after balls was no big deal, because she was fast and very healthy. Her foot work was unique and well known. Her strong strokes were unbeatable.

Graf was introduced to tennis by her father was a tennis coach. She was three at that time. He taught her how swing a wooden racket in the family’s living room using the couch as the net. She got on to the courts when she was 4. Her first tournament was when she was 5. Later on she started to win tournaments. In 1982 she won the European championships 12s and 18s.
