SMS is one such structure which in an organization will look over some of the following; Introduction to basic Human Factors, The Dirty Dozen, Combating Complacency etc. SMS in a company is always hungry for information to update and to make the staff aware of the situations. This must include the policies, procedures and an organized structure to achieve the goals of the organization. They themselves are responsible for updating their knowledge on the improvement of these systems. These procedures must be communicated through the company so that all the other staff is aware of the changes as well.
Conclusion:

The four pillars (main objectives of SMA) are that ones that lead the organization in that direction. From the accident, the four pillars application will benefit the organization but however if the SMS has been a part of the organization even before, accidents as such would not have occurred in the first place.

Included are the purpose, goals, and scope of both a risk management and emergency plan, with an overview of an actual plan. Many of the agencies use in-person site surveys and inspections to monitor compliance. Furthermore, liability insurance companies, including those covering malpractice, usually require a formal risk management plan be in place. Goals Each organization’s risk management goals should be consistent with and supportive of its mission statement, strategies, and targeted markets.
Risk management is the system in which companies assess potential liabilities within an organization (Raso, Gulinello, 2011). Through this process information is gathered, assessed, and implemented to avoid these potential risk. Risk managers are beneficial to their organizations because not only do they save money but they can also save lives. In the hospital setting where mistakes can cost someone their lives, risk managers work to develop protocols to help prevent human error. Information is gathered through the process of evidence based practice as well as guidelines in place by best practice. Not only do they help protect the lives of the patients within the facilities, they are also responsible for ensuring staff safety. A risk manager’s responsibility is multi-faceted and complex. They will prevent potential litigations by implementing patient safety protocols, reduce risk to associates, and reduce cost to the organizations.
• Explain how to reduce the occurrence of unsafe acts on the part of your employees. There are a number of ways to reduce the occurrence of unsafe acts. ...ial approaches which are Normal Accident and HROs, although it seems certain that both of them tends to limit the progression that can contribute toward achieving to highly protective systems. This is because the scope of the problems is too narrow and the potential of the solutions is too limited as well. Hence, Laporte and Consolini et.al., (1991) as cited in Marais, et.al., (2004) conclude that the most interesting feature of the high reliability organization is to prioritize both performance and security by the managerial oversight. In addition, the goal agreement must be an official announcement. In essence, it is recommended that there is a continuing need in the high risk organizations for more awareness of developing security system and high reliability environment in order to gain highly successful method to lower risk in an advance technology system.

A busy executive with a data integrity mind set has to control information coming in, through its processing phases and ending in the customers hands as a usable product. Free from any modification and as accurate as it can possibly be, If they get the information at all. (DOS in mind). Information security executive needs to ensure that the organization has procedures for account management, backup, incident handling, standardized and authorized software and hardware, disaster recovery, and a Continuity of Operations Plan, or COOP. Moreover, identifying whom is responsible for what plays an important role as well.

It’s true what everyone talks about safety – you are the key to your safety, when you do it safely you do it the right way and the best gift you can give to your family is to always stay safe.
