Mental health is not the state of happiness, - its interaction both positive and negative emotions and moods. People try to develop and balance different sides of their “selves”. Our mental health depends more on our reactions to some factors and events. So, people, who have experienced psychological trauma, overcome their pain and fear only thanks to their inner base, optimistic attitude. But how about people, who are not too strong enough and is about to ruin their life; just because they have not enough this inner base to deal with troubles? If they are alone, and have no support from other people? Or even sometimes, when everything is on your head and you are so exhausted of these problems and you don’t see the way off? What will help all these people, who are ready to give up, or even “say goodbye to life”? We well know about the influence of art on our health, both mental and physical. Art has big effect on our mood(not only positive). Contemplation to artwork helps relieve tension, stress, break free from anxiety, and get rid of depression. The true art is harmonizing our inner world, helps restore mental balance. Art embodies greatest ability to develop human. Back in 1890, Vladimir Soloviev, in his work “General sense of Art” got to conclusion, that art of its ultimate goal should implement the absolute ideal not only in the imagination, but should inspire our real life. I know about art influences on mood and emotional disorders, not only by books. I think everyone have experienced this at least once. Every time you listen to some special music, which remains you “old times” you can start crying or laughing. At most, if it will happens accidentally. Or when you have read the book about someone’s hard life – you ... ... middle of paper ... ... known fact, that classic music helps us to study, especially Tchaikovsky, children better sleeps with music of ocean, but how about another kinds of music? What are they responds to? It will be my next study. It will help people change their moods instantly. If you listen to right music in right time – you feel just right. Things are going your way. And you became stronger. Strength and limitations: Of course it’s not 100% accurate study, we all have our individual differences. These people were on different age and surely have different IQ. And also music- somebody just hate music without words, someone – never listen to music at all. So this is limitations of my study, it can’t be perfect and suit everyone. Strength of my study was the outcome – people were happy, and feels themselves better after good music. They knew they are able to change everything.
