The co-operating business recently failed to maintain its reputation, thus the business tries to making and implanting a new marketing plan. This marketing plan contains its objectives, situational analysis, target market, market segmentation, marketing strategy and marketing mix, implementation and control. First it find its objectives which the business is, and which it want to be. Then it find the strength, opportunities and weakness and thread then represent the target market and customer and define the market segmentation. Then it formulate it strategy to capture the target market. Lastly it described the implementation and control procedures.

The co-operative business group first objective is to maintain the continuous improvement of business and achieve the target productivity. Because the co-op is owned by members of this group, so it serve their food for the members where profit maximization is not the main issue. All of the members and manager of co-op try heartily to improve e their business. The management of this business ensure to maintain the target productivity for the people.
The co-op already has its present target market which the co-op regularly tries to maintain it balance. To increase improvement of business to increase productive target, the business should attain its attendance target.
The co-op is generally operated by its manager, employee and stuff. It is one of the main purposes of co-op to train and motivate them so that they can improve their retention, efficiency and behavior.
