Leadership is such a process which helps to increases the modes of partial attempt, to help enforcing power, to establish the base of assisting, to importance on doing the work, to ensure the relationship between formal and informal and to ensure the full use of manpower and the person who performs such work is called leader. The institution which is constituted by more than one person then among them who gives the information and rears other is called leader. In order to obtain an specific goal giving the instruction and opinion and the influential process is called the leadership.

1. Power influence theory: Power means ability to do something. A leader need to remain power in which he can control his subordinate authority. Leaders use power and influence so that he can done things by workers.

Power Influence can be doen by formal and informal ways. Formal influence means organizational rules and regulations, authority by this process, leader can influence on subordinates. Another influence is informal influence. By this process, leader can influence on subordinates by his own way.
a) Reward: Our political leaders has ability to reward. By this reward system subordinates will listen his command for finding reward. Leader can influence on subordinate authority by giving reward them.
b) Coercive: Coercive power is such a power which obliges the subordinates to do work though there is no willingness to do that work. In this power system, workers are forced for work.
c) Expert: The noblemen are respected and obeyed because of their expertness. By this expert power they can influence on subordinates. People always respect those leader. Because they thinks that they have extra power and for this reason they obeyed …show more content…

Trait theory: In this theory we can know what types of person makes a good leader. A good leader has some kinds of characteristics which makes them a good leader. Those characteristics are:
a) Intelligence b) Emotional stability c) Motivational drives e) Art of communication f) Social skill g) Technical skill h) Open minded i) wisdom j) Fairness and objectivity
3. Behavioral theory: In this theory we can learn that what does a good leader do for maintain a organization . kurt lewin argued that there are three types of leaders:
a) Autocratic leader: In this leadership, a leader only gives commands and his followers should be obedient for obtaining his commands. Here, delegation of authority doesn`t work.
b) Democratic leader: In this leadership, a leader not only gives commands but also makes decisions with subordinates.
c) laissez- faire leader: In this leadership, leader uses his power very little. They always depend on their subordinates. They has no control over organization. By this leadership workers get a lot of independence.
