Despite the importance of special education, it still lacked resources every year in economic and social standing. In terms of socialization among the students in the program, there are still isolation occurring in classrooms—including teachers themselves. Several studies have point out the shortage of teachers, lack of funding thanks the budget cuts from Congress have hinder special education program. If special education truly “takes up all the resources” it was accused off, why has not been any increase of special education classrooms or teachers? Why are special educators quitting their jobs or transferring to another intuition? None of the research founded have hinted or point the opposite of special education being a burden or have any way affected general courses. There are more evidence of special educators and students themselves being affected by pushed into general classrooms and sent into isolation—hindering their learning process.
