Fresh Roll Vietnamese Rolls and Bowls is a fast food establishment located in Downtown San Francisco. This restaurant opened three years ago, and have been very successful with their business that they opened a second location in Downtown a year ago. Lunch time is the busiest of the day especially during conventions right across the street. Long lines starts to form out the door while the front of the house team hustle to serve each customer quickly. On the other side, the back of the house team is constantly cutting up vegetables, grilling meat, and cooking noodles in order to have enough food for the front of the house to use. It is important where the food delivered from since Fresh Roll claims their meat to be 100% natural and hormone-free as well as their vegetables to be fresh. In addition, Fresh Roll and three other restaurants close by shares a few suppliers, which makes deliveries more convenient. Fresh Roll purchase their meat from a company called Golden Gate Meat Company. They order beef, chicken, and pork in bulk. Their meat is hormone-free which means it is slightly more expensive but are healthier and better quality. Golden Gate Meat Company gets most of their meat from a company in Georgia. Yuet Cheong Produce and FreshGreens Inc. are the suppliers for Fresh Roll’s vegetable and their produce are from California.
Golden Gate Company delivers Monday to Friday and usually comes on Monday. The produce companies delivers every day except Sundays and usually arrive Mondays or Wednesdays. Fresh Roll do not have to order a certain amount in order for them to deliver. At least two boxes of each product is delivered each week in the
