Besides that, to managing the stress effectively for themselves, it is very important for managers understand the organizational stress process well enough to assist other with their experiences of stresses. In additions, stress occurs in human life is frequency because there are many challenge people need to face in daily. Also it is a part of student’s life, when the student study at university, they may face more difficult problem such as more expectation from their parents, financial problems, exam or assignments. Then, stress also can happen at home, school, and in businesses. Stress has numerous definitions and there are numerous routes to operate and control the stress. But, how do someone realize and managing their stresses? There are many ways to overcome the stress.

One of them are we must forgive and forget the things that you don’t like or find difficult or try forgive someone who hurt your feeling. You must accept the persons who make mistakes to you. Try to let go of any anger or resentment you may feel. When you free yourself of negative energy, that the easier it will be to move forward. Then, when you find yourself in problems or conflicts with the other persons, try find the solutions which are positive for them as well as for you and try find the real cause of the problems and deal with it. Then, you must try and changes your attitude to them, so that you do not build up the feeling of resentment or start taking your feelings out to other.

Forgive and forget it looks like such a civil meeting of the minds is unlikely, do not push it. It is probably a good idea to try to forgive the other person and let it go. Forgiving doesn't mean opening yourself up to feel wronged again, it only means th...

You must learn to identify those situations you will do something about and those you cannot. For example work reducing the cause of your stress by communicating better, and respecting your limits of energy and pain. Simplify your life, "look on the bright side", develop and keep a sense of humor. Then prepare for stressful events by getting extra rest. Remember that you cannot change the others but keep in mind that no one is perfect and seek professional to help for serious problems. Lastly, remember that managing stress is your job that with stress under control, it'll be easier to keep your disease under control.
