It could be a word that contains 5 letters, but actually “youth” is way deeper than being word as it represents the world’s future. The definition of the word itself changed from country to another, relying on the cultural, institutional and political factors. The standard United Nations define “youth” as all the young people aged from 15 to 24 years [1]. Did you know that current generation of youth is the largest from whenever time ago! Youth are representing about 1.8 billion all over the world [3][2]. The key to being a successful country is caring about and exploiting youth, energy, giving them the chance to meet successful role models and taking care of their education, and future job opportunities.

They are the strong weapon that their countries could use, a Profitable deal. Simply, they are the key to raise the economy of their countries. The main problem is that in the youth age, they need a hand to guide them and exploit their inner power. The second problem is that there are many leaders or officials who believe that adult is enough for tomorrow, so they tend to be careless about youth issues and unfortunately this leads to serious problems because, on that situation, youth go to exploit their power on crimes, fights, drugs…. On the other side, there are wise countries and leaders like UAE that believes in youth. The biggest achievement was when HH Mohammed bin Rashid established the Minister of State for Youth that is working on policies for Youth to activate their role in various sectors and strengthen their leadership. Engaging Youth from all over the country with different programs, giving them opportunities to contribute and ensuring that they are connected to their government [7]. Also, by picking a Minister of and from youth; a girl on her 22 spring Shamma Al Mazrui. The minister established many programs like youth council that also contains a group of powerful ambitious youth members. It’s a serious problem that in fact covered “3.2% in South Korea, 3.3% in Hong Kong, 4.2% in Taiwan, 7.9% in the United Kingdom, 8.1% in the United States to as high as 25.0% in Spain in 2012” [11]. Many experts believe that it’s a normal problem that exists in all countries. But political issues, crime, violence and many other behavior issues like Substance and suicide that mainly exist when the youth lives without any goal or aim are not normal not even accepted! As it leads to an unsafe community and affects badly on the economy. Countries responsibility for this problem is huge and solve that problem needs a lot. It is impossible to have 0% of unemployment as most of the “economists argue that there will always be some frictional unemployment of perhaps 2-3% of the labor force’’ [12] but reducing it as possible is what countries aimed to achieve. Unemployment issue could be under control by setting a good plan that includes a planned fiscal policy and by reducing the employment taxes that will increase labor needs, support public and private sectors … Yet mainly the solution is the youth education and knowledge, as it’s the only solution that achieves remarkable improvement.
