1. Why should social workers study human behavior? Answer: Social workers are the persons who have to work in different societies to empower individuals and societies as a whole. The main purpose of the social workers is to solve the issues of individuals and societies by utilizing the different resources. They also work with an aim of motivating others to work betterment of people who need help. Social workers have to work for women, men, kids, adults, old age persons etc. They have to work for the welfare of different categories of persons such as persons who are isolated from societies, have some diseases, psychological problems, social problems, financial problems, ethical problems, facing issues of gender discrimination, facing issues of racial or any other type of discrimination and so on. This reveals that there are lots of fields and lots of categories of individuals and societies for which social workers have to work. These different type of individuals and societies having different sort of problems behaves in different ways.
