Since the start of time people have entertained the world through different activities. The professional athletes have entertained us through back and forth games. Actors play characters on a big screen to make us laugh and cry. Musicians create feel good music that brighten the day when a nice song comes on. Without any entertainers the world would be dull and not fun at all. Some consider professional entertainers are allowed to have a humongous salary because they do their job better than anyone else. However, others suggest professional athletes, artists, and actors are not worth the big pay check compared to other jobs that contribute to society truly greater. I believe entertainers are paid way too much for what they can do for the future Jobs are depending on the advancement of technology and tech savvy computer skills with modern jobs nowadays. Musicians are paid for making amazing music but making a career of a musician is just amusement. According to an anonymous author of the article “Entertainers are overpaid…..Is It The Truth or Pure Jealousy” “People love music…which results in a big paycheck for these artists.” There is so much demand for music that is why pro music artists are paid enormously. However, people are not going to learn much from becoming a musician other than learning music. The greatest music artists as of today are making millions off what they love to do and do not require any professional skill to get the job. One might argue that producing millions is due to the unique music made that the world desires. Anyone can make music, it is only the popular entertainers who are very lucky and strive for greatness to acquire their big salary. However, the problem is that hobbies like these are not important skills humans need to be successful. Jobs require extensive and rigorous training to even fit the description of the career. Many people can be a musician but will not be able to support themselves for the rest of their life.
