Even Pandora's Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information, support, and resources to survivors of rape and sexual abuse and their friends and family. Points out all US states have 50 different definitions of rape and sexual assault, as well as local departments having their own, country, FBI, DOC, and the rest of the United States departments. But still, Pandora's Project tries to help by saying logic parts, which I believe can help shape a true definition.
