George Washington was born in the year of 1732 in a wealthy plantation called Westmoreland county, in Virginia. He was also the leading American general during the Revolutionary War. Of all the American presidents, George Washington had the most positive effect on the United States. George Washington had many accomplishments such as putting down the Whiskey Rebellion, he also signed a treaty with Great Britain called the “Jay’s Treaty” and finally, he created the Judiciary Act of 1789.
