Have you ever been somewhere and it be more than it actually is? If so, was it a place that you visit often and didn’t realize that it served another purpose than what it is known for? I have a place like this, and it just so happens to be at the place that I’m employed, which is the world-wide known fast-food restaurant called Wendy’s. Wendy’s is known for all of their types of food ranging from chicken nuggets and simple cheeseburgers to their greatly whipped frostys and bacon filled Baconator. I currently work at the Wendy’s located in Coal Run Village in Pikeville, Ky. While I have been at Wendy’s, I have learned that Wendy’s is not only a fast- food restaurant, but it is also a place that brings multiple clubs and communities of the …show more content…
She comes here to not only to eat but also talk to some of the workers who work there. This goes to show that Wendy’s also has a comfortable setting as normal customers can speak to employees about anything and everything possible. In conclusion, Wendy’s is in my opinion the restaurant to eat at in the region because everyone will give you a good word for not only their food and great, friendly customer service but also their feeling of bringing people together. Wendy’s customers can eat a great lunch or dinner and have an “at-home” feeling. This is why Wendy’s is known for as the place for bringing multiple communities together rather it be church groups to high school athletes to the usual everyday customers just wanting to have a conversation. If you have never ate at the
Wendy’s in Coal Run Village then I would suggest it not because I’m an employee but beca use I know how it felt to walk in there before working with friends and it just felt great to have such a feeling at the place with a group of people! Come by for a simple snack or a great lunch with the best people in the fast-food industry! Bet they will make you feel like you are more
The grocery market is highly competitive. Brookshire’s has found that superior customer service is the key to success. Consumers who are familiar with the Brookshire’s personnel know that they will be greeted with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. Employee meetings and up-beat newsletters from the corporate office are excellent ways of reminding the employees of the significance of making customer satisfaction the most important part of their jobs.
The term “fast-food” is usually distinguished by food served very quickly to a customer by drive-through or carry-out. Fast-food restaurants are highly associated with low-cost and malnutrition foods with brief consumer and employee interaction, and below average cleanliness based on restaurant health inspection reports. Chick-fil-A has changed the usual perception of fast-food restaurants. Rather than burgers and potato fries, Chick-fil-A serves chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Chick-fil-A also shows their appreciation for employee to customer relations, rather than ignoring the social aspect of serving customers when operating at a fast pace. Chick-fil-A’s menu selection, customer interaction, and clean eating
seen it on TV and read about it in magazines, or never having heard of the place and stumbling
Dave Thomas an American restaurateur and a philanthropist once said, “It all comes back to the basic. Serve customers the best-tasting food at a good value in a clean, comfortable restaurant, and they'll keep coming back.” (thomas). Everyone can agree on Dave Thomas, but I have a couple more criteria to add to his idea of a great successful restaurant. If I go out to eat I might as well pick a place that, though may be expensive, has scrumptious food because why bother going to spend money on food you can make yourself? A great restaurant has to meet three of my criteria’s: the Décor and atmosphere, impeccable service and cleanliness, and most importantly the food.
One quality that is involved in a restaurant is the atmosphere and the positive energy it gives off. Considering the Western theme, they have the restaurant well decorated from the entrance, to the place where you sit. The walls are painted with tumbleweeds on them, with great lighting that allows you to see, and not go blind. The plates and silverware are very nice, as is the food that goes into them.
As a way to get to know the customers in a more personal level the employees try to create a family-friendly
When you walk into the Denny's Restaurant, someone immediately comes to help you. They grab you. Menus and show you to your table or booth. When you order your drinks, they bring them straight to you, then they keep you a few minutes to look over the menu. One. Do you have had a chance to look at the menu the waiter comes to order your food. Once they bring you your food and you had had it for a while, the dunes employees check on you once in a while, so they make sure that you're satisfied. Sometimes
Chipotle is my favorite place to eat. As I am sure it is for other people. Chipotle is a fast food Mexican grill. They are most known for how big they make your burritos. Now it is fast food but it isn’t actually fast, they’re like a restaurant but without the wait. They serve all naturally raised meat and organic beans. So there food is pretty healthy and worth eating. The employees are always nice and it just a great place to eat over all. Chipotle is a great choice for a quick fast food stop because it gives great service, atmosphere, food and value. My experience there is always a good one.
If someone from out of town asks a local Pittsburgher where they could find a good place to eat, they would more than likely be pointed in the Strip’s direction. The Strip district is home to a wide variety of culinary options, from very authentic Pittsburgh food and restaurants like Primanti Bros. and DeLuca’s to very upscale or diverse options like Eleven or Sushi Kim. No matter what your taste of food is there is an option for you in the Strip District. Even if cooking your own food is what you prefer, there are a number of local produce and meat distributers in the district. With such a wide variety of restaurants having their homes here for decades and new ones making their place and success in the Strip District area, food is a big part ...
Have a problem with an order? The manager will gladly fix it or place a new one. They are likewise happy to help with directions to or recommendations for places to visit, shop, or stay in the area. They are happy to accommodate, no matter the need.
The warming atmosphere is one of a kind. Behind the counter are the caring faces of not just a worker, but a friend. Regular guests are called by name, sharing stories of families and the past week with the welcoming employees. Sitting all around in tables and booths are patrons from every category. Beside the window on a high table to the left is a lawyer, to the right is a mother and her two kids. In a booth in the back is a construction worker still covered slightly in concrete from a road job he had been working on back on 19th Street. All of these, enjoying a delicious meal of their special combination.
“As much as we’d like to think it’s all about the food, our business is really about people.” “As the Culver's have always said, a ButterBurger and Fresh Frozen Custard taste even better when they’re served with a smile, a “please” and a “thank you.” Hospitality, after all, is something everyone at Culver’s holds near and dear to their hearts.”
I chose the Chipotle restaurant located in Cedar Hill TX as the public place as a sample to observe peoples’ social interaction in Texas because I know many people choose to eat there and the customers and the staff members are always culturally diverse. When I arrived I obtained informed consent from the manager to observe for an hour. It was around one O’clock in the afternoon and just as expected there was a line of customers from the ordering counter to the entrance of the restaurant. I saw a mixture of African Americans, European Americans, and a few Latinos waiting to place an order.
Although not having too much to choose from the taste makes up in quantity of items, Grilled onions baked to perfection, juicy burgers and mouthwatering long crispy french fries ,no complaints can come from there . As well as being entertained while eating their mouth watering food.
However, not only the high quality standards of food affects the business, the staff who are presently providing the service are entitled to establishes him or her self with their tone (the sound of the voice), manner (the level of maturity), language and body language well enough to satisfy the customer and to make them appreciated of feeling more welcomed and values them as a proper customer.
