The Trail Of Tears is about how Andrew Jackson was removing the Native Americans out of their homes and away from those that they loved and the Native Americans have been for a long time.The soldiers had to help Jackson remove them, and also the soldiers had to do what they told or they might have either been killed or put into jail. Jackson had the Congress agreeing with him, and they passed Indian Removal by the Congress, and then signed by Jackson.President Andrew Jackson was not justified in his support of and the enforcement of the Indian Removal because he should not have taken the land away from the Native Americans and giving to other people. The President Andrew Jackson was an Indian Fighter so he would not ever agree with any of the 5 tribes on anything. He would take away their private property and give it to the state or anyone which they can use for public use(“Eminent”).He would do this in order to move the Indians out of their home land, which will end with them going west or south just depending on where they want to move them.Therefore, the Native Americans would be moved, and also along the way the Native Americans would either die from sickness or freeze to death, because they are helping someone one else like a little kid from freezing to death.
