My Essay is based upon Valencia Cuisine which is the Region of Spanish. Valencia is the oldest city in Spain, begin in 2100 years ago which is founding as a Roman Colony under the name of Valencia Edetanorum on the site of former Iberian town by the river Turia in the province of Edetania. The Valencia city lies on the Spain’s south-eastern coast where Turia River meet the Mediterranean Sea. This city is famous for Science, Arts, modern structure, and interactive museum. It also has so many beaches, Albufera Park, and walking trails. Valencia is famous for falls, a local festival held in March, and for Paella which is the most popular food of Valencia.

As we know this is the third highest city of Spain. Moreover, it is also a part of Comunidad Valenciana which is the Valencia community and it is also located in the Valencia Region. Valencia is a port city situated in the east of Spain approximately three miles from Turia River to Meditarranean sea. The population of Valencia is around 1.5-1.6 million people. Spain has a strong economy in their regions. That’s it is considered a multicultural country. This city is full of Natural beauty, natural sources, magnificent architecture man made all mixed in one beautiful city. Valencia is also consisting of man-made architecture and natural landscapes. This city is made up of fertile valleys, terrains and marshlands and mountain peaks. Agriculture play a very crucial role in this country. The main products are growing in this industry which are vegetables, wine grapes, citrus, beef, pork, olives, dairy products, fish, and sugar beets. In he 1960s rural population decreased and so many farms were disappeared.
