This was contributing to the diseases that we find today. As the urban is regenerated there will be sewage pipes that deposit the waste to the sewage plant. Regeneration of urban cities increases job opportunities and decrease the rate of crime. Many people will get jobs as they will be clearing slums and building new houses, hotels and constructing new roads. The increase in job opportunities will lead to parents paying better education for their children in order for them to have better future. Crime will decrease because there will be street lights, this will expose criminals. PROBLEMS OF URBAN REGENERATION Global Warming: the change in climate is the long term fluctuations in temperature, precipitation, wind and all aspects of the earth’s climate. Urban regeneration contributes to climate change because the machines use to dig the ground when building the roads, and houses release carbon-monoxide which is harmful to the environment.
