There are many factors that cause women to be both the gentrified and the victim of gentrification. Such as the economic change, demographic change and the issue between production and consumption. However, all these factor leads to an idea that there is an improvement in women’s social position. The social position is mainly improved due to the reason that there is an increase in higher education for women. As women’s educational level improve they are more likely to be able to make their own decision for their future, such as family planning and marriage. As there is postpone in marriage, there are more single women in the city and as they do not have any children they are more likely to spend it which stimulates the development in the city.
