INTRODUCTION
Two Amigos is a bar and grill located at the north end of town surrounded by largely populated residential area. It is a warm and friendly environment with great people, sound and food. It has a certain Mexican theme and feel to it and claims to be the best place for pub grub and karaoke. They have a wide array of meals to choose from but the burgers and nachos are always a hit and the most ordered meal off the menu.
OBSERVATIONS
1. Large Consumption of Beer
I observed that women tend to consume large quantities of beer here in Canada. In comparison to Nigeria it is seen as unladylike to consume large quantities of beer. It is believed …show more content…

Age Bracket of Customers
I observed that the age bracket of people that flock in at night are in their mid twenties and also a form of identification such as a passport or driving license is required to show that you are eligible for entry. Compared to Nigeria there is no age restriction and no form of identification is needed for entry.

4. Hours of Work
In Nigeria you are expected to work five days a week for 10 hrs or more but compared to Canada there is flexible work hours which may mean working for probably 4 to 8 hrs depending on your schedule.

5. Free Shuttle Services
I observed that there are free shuttle pickups from customer’s residence to the bar and back home probably not to encourage drinking and driving but in comparison to Nigeria no such thing as shuttle services is available. You are responsible for commuting yourself to the bar and back home.

INTERVIEW
I had the pleasure of speaking to Stan Meade the owner and he was kind enough to answer my questions. He told me that Two Amigos been in existence for over 17 years and that they cater to families during the day and older demographic at night starting from 10pm.The following questions were asked by
