Theodore Roosevelt was a visionary leader regarding team dynamics, more specifically utilizing the creative style to master this leadership trait. Roosevelt’s actions were the definition of Full Range Leadership, this only further cemented him being known as an inspirational motivator.

The status quo is unacceptable to transformational leaders who present their vision as the must achieve future” (BCEE, 2017, pg. 11).
