Being bullied is difficult for the person who has to endure the bullying and others who care about that person. This tragic incident occurs to numerous individuals in the world. Bullying normally affects individuals who are in a school settings and work environments. Anyone can become a victim of bullying. When an individual becomes bullied he/she is unable to make decisions and is controlled by the person who is bullying them. The bully enjoys making decisions for the individual who is now the target of various attacks. The individual who is being bullied has a particular aspect about themselves that the bully wishes they had. For example, an individual who gets good grades, like by the teachers and the girls in the school. The bully might not have those attributes within themselves and hates the individual being bullied. These strikingly awesome aspects noticed by others cause the bully to use the individual as a punching bag, a target for insults and pranks. As a results of picking a target for the bullying the person feel happy, accomplished and above the bully. Since the bully feels they are above that person he/she will bully the person on a daily basis. This behavior will continue until the person being bullied take a stance against the bullying. Most individuals refuse to report when they are being bullied. The advocate is essential to keep individuals safe.
