Canada 150 is an important time for every Canadian to find out what makes us a nation. It represents 150 years since Canada has become a country. Many Canadians with celebrate in different ways that show their own national pride and why there are proud to be Canadian. However, the one event that stands out from the rest is Participaction’s Canada 150 Play List. Participaction’s goal is help Canadian’s sit less and move more. So, for Canada 150, they created a playlist, that included votes from over 450,000 Canadian’s, in which had activities for communities in every part of Canada to do.
