Studying Renaissance through Its Art

When we think about art there are many mediums used to express how artist feel. Some artists express themselves using pictures, music, or films. When you think of specific time periods the art work of that period expresses the overall emotions of the people, and we can learn a lot about a time period by studying the art of the time. The time period that most expresses is the Renaissance.
The Renaissance is known for the paintings, sculptures and most decorative art from the European period history. It was known as the “rebirth” and mostly is the period in the European civilization mostly following the middle ages. The Renaissance was the period that had discovery and explorations of the new continents that substituted the Copernican for the Ptolemaic system of the astronomy (The Beginning Progress of the Renaissance R. A. Guisepi). The feudal system had declined the growth of the commerce, but mostly the inventions or the applications for the powerful innovations for the paper printing. The art of Classical had transformed its traditions by having the absorptions of the occurring developments in the Northern part of Europe of art by using a contemporary scientific knowledge that helped them with their art. The Renaissance Humanist philosophy had spread throughout the Europe period by affecting the artist and the patrons with the new development of techniques and the sensibilities of the artists. The Renaissance had stressed the ideas of the classical world of art. The causes were so many that were all deeply undercounted and the historians had debated that the relative importance if each is when the Renaissance had began. Michelangelo’s inspiration for art was sculpting models because that is all he wanted to do was sculpting and nothing else. He had no interest in the family business, so his father let him be an apprentice at age 13 with the Florentine painter’s workshop and that is when Michelangelo was exposed to the technique of fresco. He had spent a year at the workshop and that is when something extraordinary happened to him. His motive was to become the best sculptor in the whole world because that is all he wanted to since he was 13 years old. All the combined influences laid him the groundwork’s for what style he wanted to do. He was also inspired by his own masters to become an artist with his own style of art.
Prior the age of technology there has never been a time of greater scientific, mathematics, and art more than the Renaissance.
