Recommended: Dropping out of school rates in poverty

I can understand why many students are moving away from an education in arts, since there is a lack of reliable and high paying jobs with this type of education. However, at the same time I feel very bad for these students. They have to give up on the things that they love just to make sure that they have a regular job and a good salary in their future. It sucks when you completely know what it is that you want to do but there is just not enough money into it, especially since a large amount of students go into debt just to pay for their schooling in the first place.
