Recommended: Effects of religion on culture

Culture is a behavior, attitudes,and knowledge shared within a group. It is not limited to a state or nation. Any group can have their own culture. For example, Ipoly High School also has a culture. The culture includes many elements, such as food, shelter, religion, language, creative expressions, educations, and many more. Cultures also have been developing, changing, and spreading over time.

A group that share region, identity, and culture is called society. Language and religions are a few of the many things that society shares. Language allows people to communicate. It also gives people a sense of identity, which give you stronger nationalism. That identity can also separate/divide people even within the same region/nation. One other thing the society can share is the religion. Religion is as important as language, because it impacts heavily on one’s lifestyle. Religion is a belief in supernatural power, the creator/maintainers of the world. The religion is divided into three categories. First one is monotheism, the belief in one god. If the society or group gets affected and change by innovation, it is called an acculturation. Acculturation can happen in both positive and negative affect. Languages can also change. Today’s modern language is a changed form that comes from their language family. For example, Nostratic, which is an earlier language, have developed to Turkish. When the languages evolve, different versions of the language may come out. Different versions of language are called dialects.
