It depend to costumer to accepter their concept in business ways to became customer loyalty to company. In my opinion, the strategy are good to company SpongeBob are the “costumer behavior” to increase the customer loyalty and engagement for SpongeBob animation series. This strategy to seeing it we have do it in survey, observation and interview the costumer about the SpongeBob animation series in customers perception. In survey, the company can looked at the popularity animation series in television or in the product market it high or low, if it high that mean is animation have getting the reception from the customers and so on if it low. This survey what age they have like this animation series. For example: the age a most like the SpongeBob animation series are children because that children when they look the product have SpongeBob pictures they would that product it mean child are very importance costumer to company SpongeBob because this reasons can make customer loyalty to costumer when company have make new animation series
