these young people from entering into the school. Social injustice I do believe was present during this time, until Dwight D. Eisenhower came in to defuse the situation. The president told the governor not to interfere with the ruling of allowing blacks and whites to attend the same school. So the National Guard was removed from the school and the Little Rock Police Department escorted the teenagers into the school where they continued their education. Another example of social injustice in Rosa Parks, a young lady being arrested because she would not give up her seat to a white person, is a prime example of social injustice.
