A health behavior that would like to improve on in my life is, Physical Activity, this is a very practical and safe way to improve my life for the better. I feel that this would be an important change in my life because, you're able to get in better shape, feel better about yourself, and do some fun outside activities that you enjoy. Like for me, I do really like to play football and play contact sports because you can run as much as you want and you sometimes get to make people fall over, which is sometimes pretty funny. SMART Goal: Starting June 6th, 2018 I will be more physically active, like for example, work out at least 3 times a week or 30 mins every day. Within that aspect, I will try to drink at least 100 fl oz of water a day The way that I will be able to achieve my SMART goal use goals that I am willing to achieve and are determined to achieve, also for the water I will make sure to substitute water rather than other sugary drinks. I will also use lots of reminders to myself on how I can do it and just to work hard. But ways I will prepare myself to overcome the motivation challenge is to have people motivate me and work out with people that I'm close with and have them help me out if I need it.
