years.This has resulted into improved revenues for the (NCAA) then the taking part colleges who have

argued the debate regarding whether college athletes should be payed past their athletic scholarships.This

college athletes should be paid. First by saying that only a few sports tend to bring in money. Often, it is the big sports like football

and basketball that bring in the most revenue.The money these programs bring in goes to pay for facilities,

season numbers. This mean that on top of class work and homework, athletes are working a full time

job”.If the athletes were paid for the talents that they possess while in school,they might be more willing to

finish their degree and just on the off chance that the sports path doesn't work out for them. Also got to

think about if they do get paid they are going to take advantage of that money and spend it on things they

don't need rather than that money be used of the gov loans, by back their scholarships etc.

Since these players have done well enough and to making it onto a college team, those most at

least get some payment for all their hard work.

Looking towards at college athlete's,you understand that most of the college athletes are getting

scholarships to play at that school so therefore they are getting an education as they are playing sports.

Some students would possibly hold that effortless and their parents help them out with money but others

don't have that option so they count on work to help cover expenses. According to the federal

Some feel that by not paying college athletes that college institutions are thereby exploiting their athletes free of charge, which is unfair. However, this article feels that college athletes are paid very favorably by the large amount of money they receive for schooling through scholarships.
