Situated on the corner of Poplar and CY Avenue, access was simple with four separate entrances which lead into a moderately sized parking lot with ample parking. Ridley's is in an older building and overall was well maintained, the Ridley's sign was in great condition as well as the six huge glass windows that made up the main entrance into the store. The parking lot was marked, trash free not to mention all carts were in the stalls and the overall appearance was inviting. The shopping carts and current advertisements were available for customers as they entered a brightly lit and dirt free store. As she rang me out, (friendly as all get out) she took the chicken and suggested I return Friday when it is on sell for $5.00 and added they have really good chicken. She then inquired about a Reward card, counted back the change and handed me the receipt. Another key point to mention, she then looked at the advertisement to see if the chicken would be for sale this coming Friday, so I would note to come back. The ladies at the deli saw me as I waited, then called for assistance and within 5 seconds an associate was there to assist me. The store had just received a delivery truck and a majority of the associates were busy unloading it for the store. She kindly asked how she may help, rung up the stamps, handed the receipt and in a friendly and polite tone, wished me a nice day. She also had a coat on and I could not see her name
