Recommended: Juvenile delinquency and crime

Domestic violence and rape are to major topics were can see this happen at any type, knowing that it is hard to have a control over it for many factors. Factors that can go from poverty, addictions and family instability, showing that these major facts affect not only adults but also kids. Children’s probably are the most vulnerable in these situations, plus many of the crimes that happen inside of each family home if they have one of these major problems. Drug and alcohol addiction contribute to a person with depression and anxiety or PTSD, knowing that the only solution is to use something in order to forget the reality of their circumstances. Meaning that because of these addictions combined with the anxiety this person becomes a dangerous …show more content…

I want to say that I preferred restorative justice because it is a better way to manage a second chance and to help people that needs that help and the accept from the community. For example drug addicts, family violence and more could be help by this system by giving them rehabilitation and help them to be a good person again and making a bond with themselves and the people or with their family. In the other hand traditional justice is a system where don’t have that same principles than restorative justice on providing some type of help, education, rehab, and more. I want to say people blame victims of rape because they think that person had a reason why the criminal acts that way. Exactly how the example say, because the girl was wearing skimpy clothes or because she provokes him in a way that he turns on and fell obligate to assault her. All these theories are so wrong, I do think each person need to be careful because many criminal or sex offenders are so dangerous and they can snap right away and make a horrible move to a young teenager. My recommendations would be that not only females but also males need to be careful at any time but more exactly at night, when they are out in a nightclub, party, or if they are drinking you need to be alert at any time in order to avoid this situation and to be safe, and never to be alone outside in the
