“I saw a blinding light in front of our eyes. The light hit my eyes and I passed out.” It all started June 28th, 2016, I was with my sister, Vanessa, and her husband, Fernando. I was listening to, Melanie Martinez, on my mint green headphones,while Fernando was screaming,”cow poop,” as loud as he possibly can just to annoy Vanessa. Well Fernando was screaming,”cow poop,” Vanessa was smelling the cow poop outside, so her head was sticking out with her curly, poofy, black, hair blowing in the car. We were only 1 hour away, I had on my panda onesie with light brown boots, Vanessa had pregnancy clothes on with tie dye socks and Fernando had Spongebob Squarepants pajamas with rainbow socks on. The weather outside was cold like a freezer, it was also pitch dark like a crow, so we couldn't see anything, which meant we couldn't see my parents that were in the tan van, with a broken handle on the left side from bumping into a tree and we were following them. It hurt just to move my legs or even move my 3 broken toes. I broke 2 arms, 1 leg, and broke 3 toes. I just wanted to move my legs and arms and I did ended up getting off my bed, which was a challenge and cost alot of pain, but I end up collapsing right when I walked 5 steps. Right when the doctors came in, my only question was,” Can you help me up?” After they did, they gave me sleeping pills and I was out like a bear when they hibernate. That day, I got 3 casts, each a different color, light blue, purple, and pink. That crash made tons of bruises and scars on my legs, some of the bruises have disappeared but I still have a big bruise on my right leg.
