In project management, a schedule is a listing of a project's milestones, activities, and deliverables, usually with intended start and finish dates. Those items are often estimate d in terms of resource allocation, budget and duration, linked by dependencies and scheduled events. Political Risk
: As our organization is a Government Organization and generally the government projects ar e being handled here, we were to meet with the political risk too. Also we were to maintain standards of the shape file and maps that were kept as per the government norms.

: First of all we learnt the Android Technology well in order to avoid any kind of misunderstanding and misinterpretation in terms of this technology.
Economical Risk
: By using open source development API for application it can reduce an economic al risk as in mind that the that can run on any device support java run time environment. So by providing compatible to any device, it can be run on it.
Political Risk
: By keeping the government standards of the shape file making and by putting the same o n web application for the other users, we avoided the Political risk too.
2.4 ESTIMATION
2.4.1 Effort Estimation:

After gathering all the requirement of the software and complete the analysis of the software, the effort estimation will be done.
