Why Marijuana should be legalized Marijuana is a very popular topic that is always being talked about all over the place. There is always an argument between whether it should be legalized or not. The majority question about legalizing the using of Marijuana is how will it works? Different people holds different beliefs. Some people think it should be, others think it shouldn’t, and some think it should be with some limits of usage. When you actually look at the benefits of using Marijuana, There are way more positive things that could come out of it being legal. The first reason Marijuana should be legalized is that there are many drugs which are using by human, they are legal. Marijuana is a drug which will not do too much damage to human bodied. Many hard drugs such as heroin, and cocaine,are drugs that can do great damage to people’s health and possibly end people’s life.So why Marijuana is illegal when those harmful drugs are legal for using? It should be legalized for using maybe with some kinds of limits.Also, it is clear that alcohol and tobacco are more harmful to a person than Marijuana.Another point is that Marijuana is actually a lot harder for people to overdose than alcohol. Marijuana is a gateway drug that can easily get from a drug dealer, who possibly sell more harmful drugs. Therefore, if marijuana is legalized and people can get it from stores, it would help younger youth even adults to stay away from those drug dealers.
