Winter LIFESTYLE: Must Do things of Snow Kingdom
Whenever I look outside from my desk, I get the feeling of getting synched with nature. When it’s summer, my mind is like,” Fresh, tired and also green”. But when it’s Winter, it’s a mixed feeling altogether. On one hand, nature has fallen down into a deep sleep with the blanket of white snows. On the other hand, it gives me the joy of knowing that the remuneration of new life is coming forward every single day. I look at my life and find exactly the same. Nature is doing its work in a mysterious way, just like our life, a cycle to follow to finish another cycle.

Simple, watch TV and have some pizza while on your pajamas! This might sound like a dream but the reality is, your health is on the brink of danger. As the winter comes, try to stay active. Clean your house, remove snow from your backyard and front porch, go for skiing, play indoor games or hit the gym for staying fit and healthy.
Care for your skin
Not drinking enough water and lack of humidity can contribute to reduced blood flow in your skin which can cause itchy skin, rash or eczema. Your skin needs a boost, so why not use moisturizers. Have a lip balm in your bag for everyday use Also, take supplements that include Vitamin E and other essential nutrients for your skin. And don’t forget to drink water!
Emergency Kit, a good friend in Bad weather
An emergency kit for your home can be a life saver in a bad weather. A first aid kit, some extra blankets, pencil, swiss knife, a whistle, a torch, emergency signaling device, energy bars etc. can become very useful if you’re ever stuck in a snow storm or in a bad chilling condition. Be sure to keep multiple copies of in your home, car, and office.
