I have really enjoyed my educational experience at Paradise Valley Christian Preparatory, and I think Brophy could continue to give me the education that I really want and need. Brophy is my first choice of High Schools and I think I could thrive at Brophy for so many reasons. I know I would be able to grow in my knowledge and relationship with God, to receive an innovative and interactive education, and achieve my personal growth goals. Brophy can offer me the opportunity to grow in my knowledge and relationship with God though academic studies and community service. I am currently studying apologetics at PVCP and I enjoy it very much. I think I will be able to learn even more at Brophy through more intense and deeper studies. Another way I would like to grow in my faith is through mission trips and serving in our local community. It is amazing to see how God works through me to help other people. Currently I try to serve in our community at least once a month and I really enjoy it. I have also traveled to La Paz, Mexico on a mission trip to help run a vacation bible school for less fortunate kids. That particular trip showed me that even I could start helping people to …show more content…
I truly enjoy learning about God, His plan for my life and serving others. Also, Brophy would offer an exciting and interactive education. And finally, Brophy could help me grow into a more mature young man so that I am able to meet my future goals.

It's hard for me to say where I'll be in the years to come, already my life has strayed from the path I once thought it would follow. However, that doesn't change my motivation or determination to reach and excel at my personal goals. My whole life I've endured a system that dictated what should be important to me, and while it's helped me learn the practical skills I need outside of an academic setting, I have a passion to grow further from what's expected of me, and so with much enthusiasm I look forward to attending college in which I hope to achieve more by constantly learning and expanding my personal knowledge.
The schools are great, and one of the many factors that people relocating to the area can take advantage
Overall, I am glad that I had the opportunities growing up to attend different types of schools. They shaped me into the person that I am today and helped to make me successful, along with the fact that I am very competitive, take pride in what I do and take the time to learn how to work with others. I believe these traits have gotten me as far as I am
There are many things that have molded me into the person I am today such as being born into a family with four children. With three siblings, I have been forced to be able to work out problems from stealing each other’s toys to having to rush to the emergency room to get stiches because my brother chased me around the house and I tripped. My mother, father, brother, and two sisters were all born in Pennsylvania and I am the odd ball and I was born in Adrian, Michigan. From when I was a child I always loved being involved with sports because of my competitive nature. I grew up playing soccer and having success with that but then my love changed and I began playing lacrosse and football. I started playing lacrosse in middle school and played
Now this school isn’t for everyone but it is a very great school in a great city. Recently Houston was hit with a catastrophic hurricane that damaged most of the city including the school. The school was temporarily shut down due to the storm. Another great thing about the school is that it is just one link of a three linked school.
Of all the wonderful CES schools out there, I would most like to attend BYU Provo. I feel like this University will allow me to thrive educationally and accumulate a considerable amount of knowledge. I want to attend a school that will push me to become better academically and as a contributor to society. I feel as if BYU has high moral and academic standards that I can use to better myself, these standards are something I want to attain and use for the better of self and those around me. BYU would be a great place to demonstrate and enhance my talents, which is something I feel compelled to do. Growing up, my Father taught me to reach for greater things this life has to offer and not settle for mediocrity. It is easy to take the path of simplicity
Growing up for me some would say it was rather difficult and in some ways I would agree. There have been a lot of rough times that I have been through. This has and will affect my life for the rest of my life. The leading up to adoption, adoption and after adoption are the reasons my life were difficult.
I know that Liberty would be a perfect place for me because I wouldn't just be attending for academics, but I would also be attending to strengthen my relationship with God. I want to be able to encourage and motivate myself and others to walk with God on a spiritual level. Since I believe in God, it has changed my personal perspectives and opinions. It has changed because I'm willing to contribute my beliefs and faith to people that might not know God as their Lord and Savior.
Can I love? Can I be loved? Am I worthy of love? I am a woman who experienced the anguish of love-loss at a very tender age and these questions capture my prime concern and fear in life. At a young age, I bore the brunt of neglect and abuse from the very caregivers who were supposed to be my protectors. At the age of 16, I was put into foster care. I have experienced tumultuous and dysfunctional intimate relationships in my search for love, connectivity and identity. Now, as a mother, I am learning to give the love I never got.
I will definitely enjoy the independence of campus life. The camaraderie, which will develop, should only add to the college experience. The courses will be challenging but I am willing to do what it takes to achieve my ultimate goal, which was alluded to earlier. The untapped potential is there. I would like to be given the opportunity to show what I can accomplish.
Coming from a bully filled middle school where all anyone wanted to do was get high and have sex, going into a different high school with different people was not that hard. Going into middle school was one hundred times harder than going into high school. The people at ACIT were so welcoming and nothing like William Davies Middle School. The people here had their own personalities which I enjoyed the most. No one followed a crowd and did what they thought was “cool” like in my old school. ACIT was just as I expected it; a normal highschool with talented kids in different types of academies. I expected it to be a little more strict and proper than other school, which it was a little but not as extreme as I though. This school still has the normal highschool feel, despite what everyone else thinks outside this school district.
I feel that the Biomedical Academy would be a great addition to my education. As a current eighth grader, I am becoming more active in making decisions about my future, and after exploring all options, I have decided that the Academy would definitely be a great place for me to further my education.
But my brother and i agreed to check it out to see if we liked it. When we were done with the worship we went downstairs and and found a small breakfast area. With all kinds of doughnuts, kolaches and they have hot chocolate in the winter. After breakfast my parents showed my brother and i where our classes were. Which i wasn't thrilled about because at gateway it was only an hour and at the hills it was one and a half hours plus a class. But i actually surprisingly liked it Because i found a lot of old friends and made some new ones too. We had a great time, the student minister was awesome because he very funny and remembered my name! The best part is the size of the church because i see my friends every day and it feels like a big family. Also i like that the small groups were very small and you don't have to talk in front of a lot of people. After church we went out to eat lunch with some church friends to talk and hang out. When we got home our parents asked us if we liked it and wanted to switch or if we wanted to stay at gateway. My brother and i went over the pros and cons of switching and we decided we wanted to switch to the hills. My parents also agreed and after a week of going, we
It's been great attending County Christian School. Where else do students walk into school at 7:55 and receive a cup of hot chocolate and a cookie? Then, after third period, Mr. Obrastoff combs our hair and sings to us. It really has been a delightful place to go to school.
When moving through the hallways, the teachers, aides and staff were all very friendly and helpful, making sure that I not only belonged to be there, but that I was able to find my way to the appropriate locations. Art lined the halls, and the sounds from the classrooms indicated that the children were exicited and engaged in their activies. I would feel most comfortable having children attend this school. It was a warm, safe and nurturing environment, where the individual was celebrated, and the community created.
