The key behind being a strong leader is having passion for the position. As a first time leader this is imperative as working within an area you care about is what will help make your first time leadership experience a gratifying one. When you have passion for what you do, you have an energy around you that human kind is naturally drawn to and it makes you stand out. This is what will make you seem like you are a natural to leadership roles and they might not even know that this is your first time being a leader. People will enjoy working with you and they will look forward to the times that you have together. A lot of leadership roles fall within groups where revolution and movement are the desired results so having passion can be key. People are inspired by others with passion. Passion creates influence among others. The passion you have for the role is what will have people being comfortable under your leadership because they will know that you are reliable and resilient within your role.
