Organisation management refers to managing of people to achieve goals and objective of the company using available resources efficiently and effectively. Basically, management comprises of planning, organizing, leading and controlling.

Planning to generate plans for action in future. Organizing of workers with the optimum usage of available resources to successfully carry out scheduled plans. Controlling and monitoring work done by workers and to lead workers in situational environment. Lastly, motivating workers to contribute their maximum efforts for the organization. Basic functions of management is to be successfully fulfilled to achieve organization objectives.
Management is required to work out a specific system to manage the workers, allowing them to use their maximum potential to fulfill the task, and motivate them. Various approaches to manage people are as scientific management to break down each task into smallest and simplest component as specialized job allocated for individual worker. Workers are trained to perform the task in the most efficient way. Working out on external activities for workers, administrative approach to focuses on the principles to coordinate internal activities in an organization. Satisfactory results can achieved using proper forecasting and management of business. Working on external and internal of the organization, necessary hierarchical levels, rules and regulation is required to be in place to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Together with bureaucratic management, it divides organization into hierarchies, establishing strong lines of authority and control for management to fully be in control and maximize efficiency of the people.

In conclusion, management have to be flexible as it manages human beings whose behaviors are always unpredictable because they go individually different socio-economic status, needs and perceptions. Management deals with the complex problems about which may require to go though a lot of principles have been derived out of experiments, observation and enquiry. Invention and improvement of theories in every discipline is a continuous process.
