77% of educators believe that online learning is just as good as Traditional learning, if not better. Nearly 70% of students claim online instructors to be as good as or better than in traditional classroom settings. 26% of online students prefer to learn online than in a classroom (Online Learning vs Traditional Learning. 2016). There are many advantages and disadvantages to traditional and online learning.

Traditional learning provides students with immediate feedback from the instructor, more teacher/student interaction, and provides the chance to socially engaging with peers. Learning online can lack immediate feedback from instructors, and can be tough for those who aren 't self-motivated. Also, it can be frustrating and confusing to those who aren 't comfortable learning in an online setting and use to having their instructor to gain access for immediate feedback.

Although, traditional learning and online learning both have some advantages and disadvantages. They both deliver the same content, requires students to work outside the classroom and requires the use of a computer or a textbook.

The skills that i will bring to the program will be my open mindedness, perseverance, and time management skills. I also will bring my own life situations and an understanding of what it takes to succeed. As an adult I will have more motivation to succeed because i know who and why I am seeking my Bachelors degree.

I like to focus on one thing at a time. I notice when i focus on one assignment at a time, i am able to place my best interest in what i am doing. When i am multitasking i am quick to become distracted and lose track of what i am doing.

However, I only focus on one thing when it comes to work and school. I am a multi-tasker on pretty much whatever else I find myself doing. Being a single mom I had to learn to do a lot at one time.

Although, I am able to focus on one assignment or multitask. I feel i can develop and utilize the benefits of focusing by working in a comfortable environment, shutting out distractions, and prioritizing. Making sure i am in a comfortable environment is a great way for me to focus, if not I find myself finding reasons to do other things but my work. Shutting out distractions help because having allot of things constantly distracting you can allow you to lose focus from your work. Also, prioritizing can help, having too much to do can be distracting and cause procrastination (Time Management Skills
