When looking at Steve Jobs I would have to say that he was an exceptional man and there was not just one of the big five traits that he expressed. He was one of a kind person that had a lot of desirable traits that many others in the business world would love to have because of his dedication to his company as well as the feelings he made his employees feel in order that they could do what they thought was the impossible. First off I would have to say that he really expressed extroversion because he was able to talk well in front of people and wasn’t afraid to say what he was thinking while still reaching out to people. This really helped his company grow because he was not afraid to say what needed to be said, if he did not say the things
Jobs on the traits that he had I would have to say that he is expressing three of the five major traits that are needed to be a good organizational leader. He looks for the future of the company while still keeping little goals in mind that help to keep all of the employees up to date as well as keep them focused because they are being tested every day with things that they thought they could not do but somehow did. Jobs wasn’t just some person who let anyone do what they wanted he was stern and had his vision for the company and was a tough leader but as some of this past employees said they felt that it was a great opportunity for them to work with him while they could. He was stern but a good leader of the company. The last trait that he had would show that he always wanted thing done on time or before people that that they could get done which really helped the company because they were able to stay ahead of all the competition this way. After reviewing all of these traits I would say that he would score extremely high on the scale because he looked after the company and always pushed his employees to be the best that they could be while under his
All most all of the employees that worked under him talked about how they felt that it was an honor to work with him while they were able to, he might have been tough but he was always looking for the best. Not only did he look for the best in his products but he looked for the best in his employees. There were a lot of things that people thought they could not do but under the supervision of Jobs they were able to do extraordinary things. I would say that if Jobs was a nicer person and did not expect as much from his employees that the company would not have been as successful as it has been and it possibly would have failed before it even had a good chance to really get going again once he came in to save the company.
