The career I chose was an OB/GYN because I want to help with young children at the youngest stage of development. These physicians, whom provide medical care at the finest, relate o pregnancy or childbirth, and those who diagnose, treat, and help prevent dieses of women; mostly those affecting the respiratory system. OB/GYN’s may also general medical care to women. They treat and console women throughout their pregnancy and deliver babies. In order to become an OB/GYN you must have a bachelor’s degree and possibly a more advanced degree. That includes four years of undergraduate school, four years of medical school and at least three to eight years in an internship or a residency program. Clinics or hospitals with various other people are where you work. You usually work full-time and many long, overnight, irregular hours. Knowing you are helping someone’s life traumatically, the work environment is very complex. WOW!! You wouldn’t imagine having any other job when you hear the pay of an OB/GYN! CHA-CHING, Its $105.83 on average summing up to about $220, 120 a year. For his job the average start-off would be $48.12 an hour to begin the job. Employment for an OB/GYN is expected to grow 18% within 2012 to 2022. Not only that but some medical schools are increasing their enrollments on the basis of the need for more obstetrician gynecologists which means the demands for his career are subject to change due to the changes in health care opportunities. Knowing that medical school, collage, and an internship will all around take from at least 11-12 years from now to accomplish, it is uncertain what opportunities will be available for that field. The results to when this job should be available, may although not be as accurate for is career I am most certain , comparing the data on the chart the result of when this job will be open would be he time I
