A Lot of women and girls would say, “I love doing my toe and fingernails!”, or “matte is better than glossy”. But my question is do they know the history behind nail polish? Or is matte really better than glossy? Well, all of these questions and more will be answered in this essay. This essay is conducted to state weather matte nail polish last longer than glossy.
The history of nail polish has been around for many years. Nail polish began in the 20th century. For instance, according to Britannica Middle School, it gave me information about the main ingredient that makes up a nail. The main ingredient that makes up a nail is Keratin. In addition, this corporation also stated what keratin is and how it helps the nail. Keratin is the same material that makes up hair, horns, and feathers. Keratin it good for the nail because it helps it stay strong. There is also something that supports the nail. For example, the Britannica Middle School corporation stated what helps support the nail. A nail bed is what helps support the nail. Also, this corporation explained what a nail bed is and how it is useful to the nail. A nail bed provides nutrients for the nail plate.
