NYC Ladders for leaders can help me get one step closer to my ultimate career goal of becoming a forensic psychologist. Today, internships are very important for adding experience and setting a person apart from other applicants for the same job position. It is very difficult attaining employment without education and experience. Last year, I received the opportunity to be part of NYC Ladders for Leaders and it gave me valuable work experience working in a field involving forensic psychology.
